In this episode I reflect on Bangladesh independence day and the country turning 50 years old and recent discussions and thoughts I’ve had on my own identity as a mixed kid trying to balance two cultures. Identity is something worth exploring, it’s the story of how you exist!

A quick thought while I recover from illness about our current situation and how it’s okay to focus on your own problems. We have a weird relationship with the word selfish, it’s dirty and wrong, but sometimes I think we would benefit from being more selfish. Don’t get lost in the numbers and statistics, your problems and feelings matter.
