Inner renewal changes how you show up!

When your spirit and mine agrees, that’s presence! Remember, you are the expression…because atmospheres are created!

Faith and belief are foundational directives and they are the root of your belief system. Faith stabilizes your atmospheres.
1. You stay grounded in chaos.
2. You check your emotions. 
3. you guard spirit. 
4. you choose agreement and alignment.

Faith will also keep your spirit from falling or collapsing under life, pressures, and struggles. Faith is the confidence that your issues, problems, and strongholds don’t have the final say in difficulty. 

It’s time to GO FORWARD! Live! Your attitude is the outward expression of your inward condition…

Five attitude discipline: 

1. Set intention for your day. 
2. Pause before responding to people and situations. 
3. Protect your mind, heart and soul.
4. Practice spiritual grounding. 
    Prayer, Scripture, Reflection, Breath,       Awareness, Stillness. 
5. Stop feeding chaos of any kind.

Presence is where your attitude and spirit meet. This is the essence of who you show up as….

Presence becomes the place where:

• You’re not reacting from emotion 
• You’re not disconnected spiritually 
• You are aware, aligned, and intentional

Kingdom believers, you need to be aware of this!

The attitude and spirit must align and come into agreement…. And as long as those two remain unmatched, purpose feels distant and faith feels fragile.

Scripture tells us in Proverbs 20:27,
‘The spirit of a person is the lamp of the Lord.’

That lamp shines outward and how it shines is your attitude.”

The word “spirit” in this verse is not referring to the Holy Spirit directly. It’s referring to the human spirit, the deepest, God-designed part of a person.

Ephesians 4:23 tells us to
‘be renewed in the spirit of your mind.’ Renewal is what brings your inner truth and your outer presence into agreement

Let’s do the work!

Ask yourself?

Before I walk into a room, a meeting, a conversation, pause and ask:

1. Am I present or rushed?
2. Am I grounded or performing?
3. Am I leading with love or control?
4. Am I regulated or reactive?

Because here’s the truth:

👉 You don’t just enter rooms👉 You set atmospheres……..

Reflection today….

If people could feel your spirit without hearing your words—
what would they say they experienced?

I declare today you are renewed! You are God’s created masterpiece 🩷💕

💫 In this episode, we’re going into full details as to how renewal starts:

1. Awareness

• Recognizing misaligned thoughts
• Identifying mental strongholds
• Recognizing emotional patterns without judgment

2. Truth Encounter

• The word/scriptures confronts the lies
• Scripture replaces internal negative narratives begin to say what God says about you!
• Identity has to be restored before your thinking, intentions and your will lines up to God‘s will

3. Surrender 

• Letting go of old self concepts, ideas, and beliefs
• Releasing control, fear, self-doubt, hurt and traumas….
• True renewal culminated in embodied surrender where transformation becomes visible

Embodiment  is a spiritual language, which often means: truth moving to belief, identity, lived expression to manifestation. I share 3 spiritual foundations to help move into embodiment.

Core Scriptures:

Ephesians 4:22-24 - that you put off the old man concerning your former conduct which grows corrupt, according to his deceitful ways and be renewed in the spirit of your and
that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

Romans 12:2 - do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

* Ephesians emphasizes who you are becoming - who you BE which is your identity renewal.

* Romans  emphasizes how you act which is your mindset and behavior renewal.

Renewal is a deep transformation. It is not a moment ~ but spiritual embodiment. Daily renewal accelerated truth and then truth becomes personal! 

Renewal always begins with these 3 things: 1. Awareness 2. Truth Encounter 3. Surrender.
