It's no secret that perfectionism plagues our profession. EVERYONE expects us to be perfect in what we do as police officers.
We often allow that expectation to become our own UNREALISTIC expectation for ourselves, that we then project it onto others...causing friction in our relationships.
In this episode, I will discuss ways that I personally have overcome my perfectionist tendencies, in hopes of helping YOU do the same. The freedom that comes from releasing unrealistic expectations on ourselves is one that ALL OF US deserve to have!
