In this podcast episode, I discuss my belief that happiness is found in the little moments throughout life, rather than in achieving big goals or milestones. Purpose is the sense of meaning we derive from contributing to something larger than ourselves, and meaning is the deeper understanding we gain from reflecting on our experiences and connecting with others.
Additionally, I discuss the five elements of well-being, which include positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment. I explain how each of these elements contributes to our overall well-being and happiness, and provide tips for cultivating each one in our daily lives.
