In the 13th episode of the Perfectly Imperfect Spiritual Podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren Joy Rose, a fellow member and student of Kyle Gray's Angel Team.

Lauren is a Soul Contract Practitioner and Educator, and she shares her love for the Soul Contract Numerology System on her podcast, Let's Talk Vibes.

During our conversation, we delved into what the Soul Contract Numerology System is and how it can help people view their lives from a different perspective.

Nick is a nurse practitioner by day and has been a working psychic medium for about 8 years now. He was trained by Pat Longo and specialises in helping people with their anxiety and to understand energy. He does private sessions, events and galleries.

In this episode, Nick shares his experience of working as a nurse practitioner and a psychic medium. We talk about death and how to prepare yourself for your loved ones crossing over if given the gift of time; and also how to cope with the traumatic and unexpected deaths of our loved ones when we had no time to prepare ourselves.

We discuss the meaning and purpose of grief. Nick shares the life lessons he learned while working as a nurse practitioner and the aspects of himself that he discovered through his work.

We talk about mediumship. Nick shares what has helped him the most to develop as a psychic medium and what he had to overcome to step fully into his power. He talks about how the loved ones on the other side communicate with him i.e. the use of different “clairs”.
