As we kickstart this month of APAHM + mental health awareness, we wanted to continue to openly share our experiences with mental health. This week, @xoxochristinechen updates us on her progress with depression and gives us insight on how to really be there for the people you love who are struggling with depression and other mental health conditions.
Always remember that you're never alone. Sharing your thoughts and feelings when you’re ready can help immensely to release and heal. The more that we are willing to talk about the challenges we're going through mentally and emotionally, the more that we understand one another. Mental health isn't scary. It doesn't define you. You are strong, and you will get through this.
