In today's episode, Marina talks about the reward behind the pain. At the end of Job's story, God restored everything to Job. However, Job's biggest reward wasn't in his wealth, his position, or even in being able to be a father again. His biggest reward was in spirit.

In the final chapters of Job, God shows up, and even though he doesn't answer the questions that Job wants, He does something so much better. However, Job's friends could not have been further the truth. God was not displeased with Job because Job was innocent.  

Job’s pain was not his penalty...it was his promotion.

Part one deals with the fact that God doesn't use pain to punish us. The Bible clearly states in Job chapter one that God was extremely pleased with Job's character and integrity. So much so that He trusted Job to be tested. 

But how do we reconcile our pain with the truth of God's Word? How do we see beyond what is right in front of us to gain a heavenly perspective?
