This episode features podcaster and performance coach Robert Pacey.  Rob is the host of the popular Pacey Performance podcast and a practicing strength and conditioning coach. On his successful podcast, Rob interviews performance professionals from all over the world who are influencing human performance on a daily basis.  He’s been at it for several years now and has over 280 interviews in the bank. A former professional footballer himself through the ranks of the Doncaster Rovers FC, in his post-career Rob was attracted to the world of sports science. He’s worked in and around the sports tech industry for the past six years with companies like Catapult and Vald Performance.
