Born in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, Danny is a standout athlete who won several conference and section titles in high school locally then committed to run for the Ramblers at Loyola University in Chicago.
In 2020, Danny qualified for the Olympic Trials in the marathon and he hopes to qualify again this year at Grandma's Marathon in Duluth, Minnesota.
Recently, Danny won Goldy's 10 mile in a 49:05 which took place on April 3rd in Minneapolis. He won with a 6 minute lead. Danny also recently competed with a crew of other runners in The Speed Project, where each team runs from the Santa Monica Pier to Las Vegas which is about a 350 mile ground to cover.
Danny reps El Jefe Running group, who he trains with out of Saint Paul.
