Many of us have been awaiting any update as to what was going on with the cost cap results for the F1 2022 season.

The FIA seemed oddly quiet and less transparent about the cost cap this time around. Seeing how the FIA had the current dominant team (Red Bull Racing) breach the previous season. Many of us thought we would receive updates time to time leading up to the certificates being issued.

But, nope! The FIA and F1 release to main outlets that all teams have received their certificates and are in compliance. No one exceeded the cost cap. Okay!

This is good news. So, why not more tooting of the horn for such a major accomplishment in this era of Formula 1? How do you feel?

Alex Palou wins another Indy Car title all while having additional challenges going on with his ordeal with McLaren Racing. It seemed like Alex was about to become part of what would have been a three headed monster including Lando & PIastri.

But, Ganassi Racing had their ducks in a row. Alex and McLaren management entered into a deal that would be frowned upon.

Helmut, Max, Max's Mom, Max's Dad & Christian Horner have all disrespected and or verbally attacked Sergio "Checo" Perez while driving for Red Bull Racing.

When is enough, enough? Max was given team orders in Brazil and rejected to comply to sting Perez. Red Bull initiated a storm of post that blamed Perez for purposely wrecking in Monaco. Max's mom attacked Perez and his marriage. Jos, Max's dad started a negative social media campaign after Perez won a race. Christian Horner played a Perez race win down to coddle Max.

Helmut Mark has been ongoing with his edgy comments and racial tones when referring to Perez. As of late, it seems Helmut may have even gone too far for some Red Bull fans. That's saying something!

Max Verstappen must have revisionist memory. What stats and or driver championships has he been comparing. Max doesn't have one teammate that is a Formula 1 World Champion. While, Lewis Hamilton had three teammates that are Formula 1 World Champions. One, being Alonso. Which Lewis had to compete against as a rookie.

But, let's see if Max has any real point. We compare the two driver's teammates.

Up until now many have been speculating about how the deal will go forward with the 7x WDC Sir Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes.

Will we see a legacy deal off the back or short term deal to leave wiggle room for the great driver.

Now we at least know the duration of the deal. What we don't know, is what will come at the end of the two years if Mercedes don't deliver a competitive car to Lewis. Let's talk about it!

I've received questions about Max and his 9 consecutive wins. Viewers asking do I think it's more impressive. Viewers telling me that I should appreciate what Max has done more than what Seb did.

Moments where it seemed RBR may call Liam Lawson to fill that F1 seat. It never happen! Now, he's positioned 20th on the grid for the Dutch GP and awaits his moment to progress up the field.
