Today on Voice of God, Joseph Z teaches how believers can use their God-given authority to influence natural circumstances through spiritual alignment. He highlights how spiritual authority requires a physical body to manifest God’s kingdom and resist darkness.

Joseph asserts that we have authority given to us by God to change any circumstances. He stresses that permission is granted by authority, and we carry authority as gatekeepers to the natural world, allowing supernatural activity within it. This is why God had to send Jesus to reclaim what the devil stole from Adam, destroying the works of the devil and condemning sin in the flesh. Thus, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, one cannot enter the kingdom of God, as illustrated in John 3:5.

He also explains that a physical body is necessary to operate in this world because that is what Adam possessed; this is why Jesus was born in the flesh and is referred to as the Son of Man, highlighting Jesus’s humanity. This singular act granted Jesus authority both in heaven and on earth. Interestingly, Joseph explains that demons were never cast out of humans until the God-Man combination of Jesus appeared; that is, God in the flesh, which made it possible for God to walk with man once again, just as He did with Adam in the Garden.

Joseph stresses that Jesus came in the flesh as an exact representation of God the Father, as illustrated in John 14:9. As born-again believers, we have the power to stand against all forces of darkness, and when we fully submit to Jesus and walk as disciplined followers of the word, the kingdom of God is granted permission to operate against all forms of darkness. He clarifies that spiritual forces only work through permission, while physical bodies provide a position of authority and a gateway for operation in the natural world. Additionally, Joseph clarifies that without our physical bodies, we will be at the mercy of the spiritual realm.
