The Permission to Podcast gang is back. Returning to the House of Mirrors, they cover such topics as Marco's Boy Scout days, the current state of emergency, and the sad revelation that one of them has a closet smoking habit. They even get a surprise call from a familiar voice to weigh in.

After two months since the last episode, the gang reunites at The House of Mirrors, where gifts are shared along with a new commercial and mammaries of Vegas. Talk soon turns from plans for a spring trip to current events and finally the recent mid- term elections, where we quickly learn that those in the studio (except perhaps one) have no idea what the difference between public, private, and charter school is. Ron and Gil meet up with Belia and Stephanie (referred to as Stelia going forward) at the house of mirrors. We start the show talking about Stephanie's arrival to Phoenix (from Chicago) and what she likes and dislikes. We then talk about how to get a good haircut and Stelia talk about their drive and how horrible it was. We switch over to discussing how different men and women rate the opposite sex and how people can’t be a train-hopping hobo anymore (somebody tell Albert). We then switch the conversation onto the future of the podcast and discuss the finer points about editing the podcast. Afterwards, we review Stephanie's future job prospects. The atmosphere turns more somber when Stelia share a #MeToo moment at a party they attended. After we take a few phone calls, our crew is able to quickly get the victim on the phone to share the terrifying details. We then talk about people who eat smelly food at work and end the show with some final thoughts about our new friend of the pod, Stephanie, and how we are going to find a job for her.
