Martyrdom is about giving to your own detriment, and it's time to recognize the signs: bitterness, exhaustion, and self-abandonment.

What is your true Inner Child?!

The Inner Child or Diving Child within us is so misunderstood, robbing us to connecting with our most Authentic, Joyful, Creative, Worthy, Light filled Self!

In this week’s Permission to Thrive episode: "The Hidden Self Within: Meet Your Inner Child” — we journey back to the roots of Joy, to a time before conditioning took hold.

This joy is pure. Authentic. And unapologetic in every way.

As we grow, however, society teaches us to box in our authentic selves, closeting our real Self, dimming our light and limiting our potential.

…But this doesn’t mean that this inner child, this inner joy is gone.

In fact, it’s still very much within us — but being stifled.

And it’s within our power to return to it the attention, celebration and power it deserves.
