People who struggle with imposter syndrome believe that they are undeserving of their achievements - they feel like a fraud - and that soon enough, people will discover the truth about them.
Agi and Paul feel like impostors discussing this, but apparently it's very common to feel like this!
"When I won the Oscar, I thought it was a fluke. I thought everybody would find out, and they'd take it back. They'd come to my house, knocking on the door, "Excuse me, we meant to give that to someone else".
- Jodie Foster

We are discussing self-education and the Knowledge Broker Blueprint (KBB).
Self-education (being an "autodidact") is fundamental to personal development. If we want to keep becoming a better version of ourselves, we must never stop learning. And in the information age we are, it's easier than ever.
The "Knowledge Broker Blueprint" is an online course by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. It's designed to transform knowledge and self-education into positively impacting lives, while fixing the broken education system. Tony and Dean's vision is to make self-education the new norm.
Listen to a fascinating discussion, and find out about the livecast that will take place on 27th Feb 2020!

We are talking about action as an antidote - antidote to anxiety, depression, procrastination, fear. Action is the currency of the universe - get active in your own rescue!
"Don't let your learning lead to knowledge. Let your learning lead to action." -Jim Rohn
"All courses of action are risky, so prudence is not in avoiding danger (it's impossible), but calculating risk and acting decisively. Make mistakes of ambition and not mistakes of sloth. Develop the strength to do bold things, not the strength to suffer." -Niccolo Machiavelli

Today we are revisiting the topic of daily routines, which we first discussed about in episode 6. As we evolve, our routines evolve with us, and we wanted to reflect on it and share our newest findings!
And also an announcement: From now on, and for a (brief) period of time, we will be releasing the episodes of our podcast every 2 weeks, rather than every week. Listen to the episode to find out more about this.

Today we are talking about the growth mindset movement.
The growth mindset movement is all about taking ownership, taking responsibility for yourself for that which is within your control, taking it upon yourself to, to improve yourself first. So, do you want to change the world? You change yourself first. You change your own thoughts, your own habits, your own mind, everything in your orbit first.
We can do something in our powers and within our range of improving the collective, it doesn't have to be on a massive scale. So I'm not setting out to change the world, but I am setting out to improve myself, to change myself.
"Nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come." ― Victor Hugo
