"All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us." - J.R.R. Tolkien
Bruce Lee said: "If you love life, don't waste time, for time is what life is made up from."
What is time? Can we manage it, or is this an illusion? Time is our most precious asset. A non-renewable resource.
We all have 24 hours in a day. Successful people don't prioritise their schedule; they schedule their priorities. That's what makes the difference.
Listen to Agi and Paul discuss time; the 'inexplicable raw material of everything'.
I have the real pleasure to be speaking with Jamie Keeling, an entrepreneur, business coaching consultant, and fellow podcaster, who likes to kick people in the head! (when doing Tae Kwon Do ;)
In this second half of the interview, Jamie talks about his "Optimise me now" podcast, both about learning first-hand from his guests and also about being a knowledge broker sharing the content and creating a legacy.
We also talk about coaching, mentoring, the entrepreneur revolution, and common mistakes that businesses could easily avoid, both at start-up level, and at 6-figure wanting to scale to 7-figure level.
This was an epic 2.5 hour interview - Jamie has tremendous energy to share his knowledge and thoughts. This episode is the second half of it - check out previous episode for the rest of it!
A fascinating conversation, hope you enjoy and find it valuable!

I have the real pleasure to be speaking with Jamie Keeling, an entrepreneur, business coaching consultant, and fellow podcaster, who likes to kick people in the head!
We talk about Jamie's story and turning point, about the gold medal he got in the Tae Kwon Do world championships and why he thinks it means nothing. Jamie in his unique way describes why we can never "reach" success as such. He talks about being a father of 6, Stoic philosophy, and how "memento mori" helped him with decisions in life.
Jamie also shares his thoughts about the power of language, and why he swears as much as he does - strategically, with effect, with a point.
This was an epic 2.5 hour interview - Jamie has tremendous energy to share his knowledge and thoughts. This episode is the first half of it - check out next episode for the rest of it!

I had an outstanding time having this conversation with Chris Thrall! Chris has done some amazing and inspiring feats, like running an ultra-marathon a day for 37 days, or a 120 meter firewalk, and yet he is incredibly humble. We talked about his turbulent past - being a doorman for the Hong Kong triad, and suffering drug psychosis from crystal meth addiction.
Chris used chronic addiction as a springboard to achieve all of his life's goals. In our conversation, Chris talks about balance, mindset, mental health, plant based diet and alkalinity, how we've been lied to, and much more. Have a listen to this incredible conversation!

It is my pleasure to be talking with Dhru Shah, founder of Dentinal Tubules, an online community sharing knowledge and education between dentists. It's the UK's (and possibly the world's) largest dental portal.
Dhru's mission is to ignite passion in people, and he has done extensive research on the science of passion. Listen to this absorbing discussion about what is passion, what are the facets of passion, and the 5 characteristics of passionate people. Dhru explains how can someone fuel or reignite their passion if they've lost it, the harmonious versus obsessive passion, and how growth mindset and joyous exploration are key ingredients to living a fulfilling and contributing life.
A fascinating conversation, hope you enjoy and find it valuable!
