She is the founder of Thriving Beyond Recovery, a transformational coaching program designed to help individuals cultivate gratitude, align with their core values, and embrace sustainable healing. Michelle is also a partner at Sovereign Collective, where they specialize in motivational coaching, speaking, and retreats.

Currently, she and her partner, Danielle Elliott Smith, are preparing to launch The Pathfinder’s Call, a program designed to foster community and accountability for those seeking deeper personal and spiritual growth. With a passion for guiding others through mindset shifts, spirituality, and intentional living, Michelle equips individuals with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with faith, resilience, and joy.

Paris Cherry, a Boston native, faced immense hardships from infancy, born to parents struggling with addiction. Removed from their care at six months, he was raised by his grandparents after his mother’s passing and his father’s incarceration. Despite his grandmother’s religious guidance, Paris battled abandonment, rejection, depression, and anger.

Basketball became his escape, leading him to success as one of New Hampshire’s top players and a college athlete at Coppin State University. He later played professionally in the Dominican Republic and the NBA Development League. Despite his achievements, Paris faced personal struggles, leading to his incarceration. In a miraculous turn, he was released and devoted his life to Christ. He became a youth minister and director of Love Movement Ministries, working with at-risk and gang-involved youth while serving as a dedicated community advocate.

Currently Paris is a world respected NBA skills trainer and D-1 college coach who runs a Bible based basketball Ministry program called Kingdom Hoops in Las Vegas Nevada. 

Paris's story is one of much pain, trial and tribulation but one that shows that through faith in God and faith in the talent and mission He has for your life you can overcome ANYTHING!!

Claudia is an artist, writer, philanthropist, inner-abundance coach for moms, mentor, mother, and wife. As a journalist, she worked in magazines and television in South America and the US, covering topics from parenting and growth to politics. At 17, she starred in the hit telenovela Carmín, airing in 37 countries, along with other TV roles and major ad campaigns like Levi’s. By 21, she became one of her country’s youngest producers, creating a training program for young producers. 

After moving to the US, she produced and managed a show on the Las Vegas Strip and wrote for various publications. When she became a single mother of three, she paused her writing career. In 2008, she discovered life coaching through an Emotional Intelligence training at Choice Center University, sparking a new passion. For 17 years, she has empowered people, especially women and children, to harness their creative potential for growth and self-healing. Born in Peru, she overcame limiting beliefs, rediscovering herself and her passion for helping others. Her core values—giving back, paying forward, gratitude, and kindness—shape her work.

Recently, she launched a children’s book series with tools for parents and teachers on topics like grief, divorce, and secrets. Secrets Don't Include Mom, winner of the 2025 International Impact Book Award, is available in Spanish and English on Amazon and her website. She also hosts the award-winning "Don't Shrink to Fit" Podcast, recognized in the 2024 Women in Podcasting Awards.

Claudia lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, with her family and three dogs—Moo, Boyfriend, and Bianca. In her free time, she enjoys painting, sculpting, and traveling.

Annie is a Sports Mindset Coach for adventure athletes who are stuck in a cycle of self-doubt that is affecting their performance. Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis Annie helps them learn how using the power of visualization can help them find the confidence they need to level-up in their sport and feel consistently proud and stoked about their sport. She dedicates her time to working one on one with her clients and customizing a coaching plan that works specifically for them and the goals they want to achieve.

After experiencing severe depression and anxiety, Annie discovered NLP and the tools that it gave her were transformational. It taught her to recognize and change the thought patterns that were holding her back and replace the unproductive habits with new ones that serve her and help her achieve her goals.

As a 4-time Canadian National Armwrestling Champion and a World Championship competitor Annie knew that she was destined to use these amazing tools to help other athletes achieve their goals. As an NLP Practitioner she now helps athletes communicate with their subconscious mind, release negative emotions and take inspired action to achieve their goals. She helps them build resiliency to deal with setbacks such as injury, find the ability to be present and focused in the moment, and build the confidence to take control of fear and anxiety.

She lives and leads with intent. She brings curiosity, belonging, self-awareness, collaboration, focus and worth to herself and others.

Hanna has successfully launched her oldest child, who is currently a Junior, and her youngest child is a High School Senior.
