Over the next several weeks, you'll want to go through each recording in this "Trust Implementation Training Call Podcast" to learn how to execute and implement your Trust, manage your Trust, and Operate your Trust.

Before you get started on that, please look in your email for a message from RightSignature.com. It contains the "New Client Questionnaire" that you'll need to complete before we can create your Trust(s). Once you've located that email, then continue watching the video for Training Call #1.

This will help you to complete the "New Client Questionnaire" that was sent to you from RightSignature.com. When you complete this, you'll be giving us the basic information about your new Trust(s).

In about 2 weeks, expect to receive 2 emails: one will come from ShareFile.com and the other from RightSignature.com. The ShareFile.com email will contain a link you'll click to setup your logins on our encrypted file sharing platform. Once you've created your logins, you'll be taken to your folder where you'll find a PDF version of your Trust(s).

Please download the PDF version of your Trust(s). You'll need to review your Trust(s), making sure that names are spelled correctly and that each person is in the correct role. If you approve, then please sign the Trust Approval Form sent to you under separate cover from RightSignature.

If any corrections are needed, please skip the signature page and complete the seeing page to indicate the corrections needed on the Trust Approval Form.

Once we have your Approval, we will print, bind, and ship your Trust(s). You can expect to receive the Trust(s) via FedEx within 5 business days of our receiving your Approval. Upon shipping, your tracking number for the FedEx package will be uploaded to ShareFile. ShareFile.com will email you with a link to it so you can check it to see when you can expect delivery.

In the event that you would like to receive your physical documents at another location, please send an email with the updated mailing address when you send us your Trust Approval Form.

When you receive your Trust binder, it's time to execute your Trust. You'll want to watch the Training #2 video to better understand your Trust. Training #2A-1 is a short walk-through and Training #2A-2 is a Deep Dive walk-through. Choose whichever you prefer. If you have a Platinum Group Trust with an inception date prior to 10/6/2021, follow these instructions:

The pages that require signatures are as follows:

In the Beneficial Trust PDF, the pages that require signatures are page numbers 43, 44, 45, 46, and 47.

Of those pages, send pages 43, 45, and 46 to your Settlor for signature.

If you are using one of Dr. Gina's parents as your Settlor, you'll need to send the following along with the 3 pages:

•Check for $50 to cover their fee
•A $10 bill (they will, in turn, send a $10 check made out to your Trust so that they fund the Trust)
•A USPS Priority Mail prepaid label for my parents to then send the pages back to you. Make sure this label has your address as the Ship-To address

Some pages require a witness for each signature. Others require the signature be notarized (the notary is only on the Certification of Trust).

In our experience, Wells Fargo is the easiest bank to work with to establish your trust account. We also highly recommend https://www.PrimeAlliance.bank as well, as they routinely setup Trust Accounts as Business Accounts.

Please advise your Banker that you are in need of a Non-Interest-Bearing Checking Account for an Irrevocable Trust(s). Please do NOT give a copy of your Trust documents to the Banker for them to make any copies, as your Trust documents are PRIVATE!

You should only bring 3 documents with you to your appointment. These are:

•The SS-4 Letter from the IRS
•Letter of Introduction and Instruction
•Certification of Trust

Do NOT bring your Trust binder with you! At most, you can also bring a copy of the first page of the Trust Indenture and the Signature Page of the Trust Indenture with you.

Your next step will be to complete a list of assets using the Purchase of Assets and Liabilities spreadsheet which you'll find at https://www.AbundanceGroup.com/AssetList.

To complete this, follow the instructions in the PDF found at https://www.AbundanceGroup.com/ListInstructions

This spreadsheet is used for several things...

1. You will use it to create the conveyances to sell your assets to your Trust.
2. Our tax team will use it to create the beginning inventory of your Trust and as assets get purchased and sold, they will get updated throughout the year.
3. Our tax team will use it to create your Demand Note. Remember that the Demand Note is what allows you to take funds out of the Trust tax-free.

In addition to the Instructions PDF, here are a few tips for completing the spreadsheet...

•First, duplicate the sheet to create additional sheets for each entity that you have. You should have one sheet for Personal assets as well.
•Make the Description as detailed as possible. For vehicles, include the year, make, model, and VIN. For Real Estate, including the address, city, state, and county.
•If there are outstanding loans or mortgages on an asset (these are "Liabilities"), list them in the line below the asset. Again, be specific and include the name of the Lender, the Account Number, and the asset it relates to.
•In the last column, list the name of the current owner of the asset.
