Perspective is everything. This holds so true and infertility I feel like sometimes you’re so wrapped up in the “why me” of infertility. Look at everything we have to do to get pregnant in a really negative light. I get it.

When I first started eating vegetables for breakfast I actually cut myself pissed off at the world that I had to get up a little bit early and make a time to cook myself a healthy meal I actually laughed out loud and thought what the fuck this is what I’m pissed off about I had to change my perspective about what I needed to do to increase my fertility health and get pregnant.
