We are in pest control, and being in the business of controlling pests we seem to focus more on controlling pests than controlling our emotions. We all have been in situations where a customer is angry or upset about something that happened. We have had customers who seem not to care about a pest problem as much as we do. The list goes on and on. Daniel and Aaron go over personal experiences with these emotional rollercoaster rides with customers in this D and A episode.
