It's season 6 and we are easing back into things this preseason. Today we just catch up and see what everyone has been up to. We take a look at how the first 3 weeks of preseason has been.

We're a bit more organised and this is one of the good ones. We celebrate the Ponies huge success at the weekend Champion of the Women's 7's tournament - the first 7s title for the club in many years.

We glance over the Super Rugby squads for 2024, discuss the hard men of the NRL past, we get introduced to a new Italian sport and Hack and Ez go crazy with their weekly Grinders.

Ez and Euge are back with wild accusation of a sub par product Hack and Fridge have been putting out.

Rugby, League, Cricket we are covering all the main stories coming out of NZ Sports. Hoe is still away but hopefully she will back back in the next instalment.
