Episode 16 coming at you.... Virtually? For some unforeseen circumstances. But it's still here! We start out the episode by being shocked at the amount of downloads we've had in the last 7 days AND welcome our follower from Germany! We are so blessed to be able to reach those in other countries and hopefully make their day! Our weeks consisted of allergies, sprained feet and COVID... But I mean... Did we die? (My mom used to love that saying so I had to throw it in) Spill the tea talks about the Depp and Heard case coming to an end (We're honestly a little sad there will be no more funny content about it.) and a former teen band making a memorabilia pawn shop in Vegas (say what!?!?) Go off's include a previous That's What I Like of Amanda's (mixed feelings much) and Ashley's trip to Urgent Care. Amanda's Why am I like This talks about Social Anxiety and Ashley talks about ways to curb her shopping addiction. In our topic this week we share our bucket lists. And finally, for That's What I Like we share our current favorite drink obsessions.

We made it to episode 15!! How do we celebrate??? Making you, our loyal listeners, a TikTok video!! We talk about our summer plans which involve a lot of things to do with our children and we are SO excited but also TONS of birthday parties and a few trips! In our Spill the Tea, Amanda talks about the wrap-up of Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial (which I'm sure you're excited about so Amanda will quit talking about it) and also Mahomes Kingdom is happy to welcome baby #2 coming soon! In our Go-Offs, Ashley talks about special holiday hours with businesses (either be open or don't...quit changing your hours!) as well as series finales that just aren't living up to the hype for Amanda this year. Amanda wants to know why she feels the need to make this the best summer ever for her 1 year old who hasn't actually experienced summer yet and Ashley wants to know why she's obsessed with refrigerator organization but also she can't function when it's unorganized?!?! Our topic is another top ten list! We talk about our favorite local businesses in the KC area! In That's What I Like, Amanda talks about the book Intuitive Eating which, let's face it, we can all be a little more intuitive with what we eat and Ashley talks about the awesomeness that is Tonies!

What About Sally Sue and Billy Joe?Are they going to get back together!?) We move onto Why Are We Like where we talk about Amanda's cup addiction and parental anxiety. Our topic this week is Cringeworthy moments and stories and believe me we have some awful ones! Hey hello hi there. Episode 13 comes with a lot of... lets face it.. Ashley yelling. Amanda talks about her relaxing weekends that always turn into not relaxing weekends, and how first year shots suck (she might have cried more than Levi did)! Ashley talks about things all end of the year, packing her classroom, and end of the year sadness. You won't guess who bought Sylvester Stallone's Mansion in Amanda's Spill the Tea while Ashley's Spill the Tea is more on the serious side (trigger warning: Miscarriage). Go Off's for this week include backseat drivers (Just DON'T BE ONE) and roundabouts, since apparently not a single one of us knows how to use them.. Amanda, again, talks about not being to relax on the weekends in Why am I Like This (personal problem?), while Ashley talks about waking early only to do all of the things she needs to do besides getting ready while ultimately maker her even more late! Our topic for this week is First World Problems and let me tell you.. we have A LOT of them! Because my Amazon package said it was supposed to be here by 1:00 and it didn't get here until 2:15 and Starbucks was out of Sweet Cream Cold Foam and WE JUST CAN'T DEAL. Here is what we are liking this week: POPfit Leggings and Dinnerly!
See you next week!

Hiya! Episode 12 dropping like it’s hot! This week we talk about all things toddlers! Amanda talks about getting ready for Levi’s party while also finding a solution to her Archie’s debacle. Ashley is still living in the nightmare they called Eli’s birthday, shared about how appreciated she feels after teacher appreciation week and talks about Mother’s Day grief. In Spill the Tea Amanda shares about Amber Heard’s terrible testimony acting performance and Ashley shares a list of celebrity momma’s celebrating their first Mother’s Day. We FINALLY remember to talk about our own top 10 most overrated musicians, even though that was like way too many episodes ago 😂 In Go Off Ashley can't seem to figure out why she has to continuously keep cleaning her house and Amanda wonders why table cloths are so hard to find? Why am I like this includes more party prepping stress and social anxiety. Our topic this week talks about silly reasons our toddlers cry. Lastly, our That's What I Like includes Fried Crispy Dill salad toppings and A Little Mo Baking Co.

Episode 11 is comin' at ya hot! Amanda's son Levi is turning 1 this week and has taken his first steps! Also, Ashley's son Eli turned 2 and had his party...which was a bit of a disaster. Ashley had a good time this weekend while Amanda's weekend was...well...let's just not so good. In our Spill the Tea, Ashley talks about Elon Musk buying Twitter?!?! And Amanda talks about Benedict Cumberbatch and his good deed for Ukraine. In our Go Off, Ashley wants to know why people have to judge her for what a 2 year old does and Amanda wants to know why people think they can get retail prices for their items at a garage sale?!?! Really, people?!?! In Why Are We Like This, Amanda wants to know why the Dollar Spot has a SUPER mega hold on her and Ashley wants to know why the struggle is real with Perfect Party Pressure. Our topic this week is one EVERYONE is talking about...the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard trial!! SO MUCH GOOD STUFF in that topic. Like Mega Pints. And poopy beds. In our That's what I Like, Amanda discusses her love of Chick-Fil-A...again...and Ashley talks about the all-so-versatile cauliflower rice!

Hi there... us again! This week Amanda has struggled getting anything done despite her other half being off all week. Ashley is excited state assessments are FINALLY over, but the end of her week ended a little rough with a minor health issue. The two share about their first petting zoo experience with the boys. Spill the teal includes the crazy Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial that's going on.. We're 100% team Johnny btw! Also, Mike Tyson caught on camera punching an airplane passenger.. I thought we were passed that? Moving on to Go-Offs, Ashley shares an experience that concerned her with a waiter at a restaurant that NO ONE else cared to be concerned about and Amanda cant handle people's disregard for merging drive thru lanes. Amanda talks about getting sucked into buying ALL of the things Facebook cons her into buying and Ashley talks about messy bun season. Our topic of the week is about the Top 10 Most Overrated Musicians (and notables) based on articles written in 2021-2022. What are your thoughts? We wrap up with Mad Libs and this week's That's What I Like.

Episode 9 comes at us with a little bit of Passover and a little bit of state assessments! Amanda talks about the seder she and Eddie hosted for Passover as Ashley delves into her seasonal depression this time of year as well as her experiences with her 1st time with state assessments! We Spill the tea on a celebrity engagement and a celebrity pregnancy announcement...listen to the episode to find out!! We go off about women's pants...and the lack of pockets in them. I mean, all of us women feel this on some level, don't we?!?!? On why are we like this, is Ashley the Grinch of Easter?? Also, Amanda is always getting onto her poor, pitiful hubby (yeah, right) about yard work but hates it herself so why does she care? Our topic this week is something I'm sure we can all relate to...STORE ETIQUETTE...or the lack thereof. We all make mistakes now and again bit .out of us apologize for it,right?!?! Our That’s What I Like includes a beautiful faith-based series for Ashley as well as a self-help book for Amanda’s social awkwardness...but will it help??? Hmmmmmm.....

Episode 8 is coming in HOT! Amanda’s week consisted of Levi turning 11 months old and Ashley’s household has been fighting the flu. Celebrity spill the tea highlights KU Mens Basketball and Ryan Cabrera. During Go Off Ashley complains about people rushing her, especially in the checkout line at the grocery store, and Amanda STEAMING about people continuously setting hot plates and drinks in front of little Levi. For our topic this week we are throwing it back to the 90s to 2000s and really giving every one some time for some reflection….. on those AWFUL jelly sandals your mom used to make you wear! So… kick back, relax, and help us determine which 90s-2000s trends need to stay or go (although we have no clue who gave us this type of authority when we can hardly even dress ourselves)

In episode 7, we talk about our weeks - which we find out that Amanda was good until some turd stole her checking account number and Ashley talks about her teacher stress and then we dive into our Spill The Tea which you KNEW we would have to talk about the slap heard round the world by Will Smith! We also talk about the Eric Church concert in San Antonio that wasn't meant to be apparently?!?! Coming hot on the heels of the celebrity gossip is our go off which is a joint one concerning people in public trying to tell you how to parent because they know all, right?? In Why Are We Like This, why does Amanda tell her husband they need to save money and then she goes and spends it all? Also, why does Ashley get obsessed with a drink, song or something of the like and then consume it so often that eventually, she can't stand it? Our topic this week is a good one as we play "Would You Rather" and answer the hard-hitting questions---not really, they are pretty random but fun ensues! Our That's What I like includes a children's consignment sale and Dollar General/WalMart yard decorations and how awesomely inexpensive they are!
