In this episode we speak with Aisha Jallow,  the Co-Founder of PAAF (Platform for The Empowerment Of African Women).

PAAF is a non-profit that helps over 21,000 African Women farmers grow and gain access to national and international markets by making a difference on the ground, meeting the support where it is needed most.

Aisha and I met during an extensive ICF approved business coaching certification facilitated through Evercoach.

At the beginning of the certification we were in a peer practice group together applying the skills learned in the course.  I think there were only six of us that first day and it paved the way for a vulnerable, expansive and heartfelt conversation.

Aisha has a deep desire to help people and effect lasting positive change in the world by empowering women who are more than capable.
