Inner Power is an episode that highlights a light that it is within all of us. In order for us to recognize and remember our personal power we have to acknowledge being and feeling powerless. Sharing my experience on what my personal power looks like to me is to let you all know DOING THE INNER WORK is key! This episode is all about how one define personal power, and turning one’s wounds into strengths, giving our inner child/teenager self some love and reassurance. Lastly, knowing being in a healthy state of personal power means we do not have to control or dominate others. Below are some great references that helped me put my experience into words. Hopefully, you are able to receive insight in your own way, and RE-member you are in control of your inner power. Stay Shining Critical Thinkers!
