Whenever we talk ethics in philosophy, we commonly raise the is-ought fallacy.
In this video, we examine what the is-ought fallacy is, and especially whether it really is a problem and the relationship between is and ought. This discussion is short and concise, but also wide-ranging, touching upon Moore, Hume, but also phenomenologists like Hegel and Heidegger.
I hope you enjoy this video.

Here is some wisdom from Jordan Peterson about the presumption of innocence. This has been a topic that we have been discussing on this channel of late and I thought it would be greatly worthwhile to share this small clip with you.

We've all heard the narrative before, someone is accused of something then all of a sudden, the entire world jumps on him and tries to "cancel" him.
In this video, we discuss what is the presumption of innocence, in a legal and a sociological sense, then we tackle, arguably, the more important discussion, why it is so important that we apply this principle into our lives.

Disagreement is one of the greatest gifts of mankind. It is the heart of development, improvement and help.
In order for us to move forward as a community, it is important that we recognise this significance and also act upon it in our lives, disagreeing in a respectful and amenable way such that we can move together towards agreement and progress.

In all things act as if you are acting for the LORD.
In this video, we discuss this fundamental concept, the need for us all to strive constantly for the highest ideal and to use the highest ideal as a compass, a North Star in the darkness.
I hope you enjoy this video and find it edifying.
