Today I would to take time to address the arising issue of mental health in our society. We must make sure we care for ourselves and others mental health.

Often times we put in a lot of work. But if you want true success you need to push beyond your physical and mental limits to achieve the unachievable.

Gloating and boredom are 2 symptoms that come from being really good at something. But not truly harnessing that gift and talent.

Often times we do thinks without thinking too much about it. But if we truly look at what is the common denominator of what becomes reality, it is our thoughts that is the driving force.

Rather than idolizing someone else. Become your own idol
