Today we will be talking about SIBO.SIBO stands for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and is a relatively newly acknowledged entity which causes symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).  Because many of our patients have IBS as well as SIBO, we wanted to take today to discuss the new findings regarding SIBO in how it is diagnosed as well as how it is treated.
