Today we are discussing the blood brain barrier as it relates to Multiple Sclerosis.  Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune disease where the immune system attacks brain and spinal cord tissue.  In previous broadcasts we have discussed how the gut interacts with M.S. patients, and today we will take it a step further in expanding upon how breakdown of the blood  brain barrier is involved in the M.S. disease process.
