6. What does authenticity look like in my daily life, not just in theory?

7. Where might God be inviting me to speak with wisdom and courage?

8. What fears arise when I imagine being more honest?

9. How has my environment shaped my beliefs about speaking up?

10.  What would change in my health, relationships, or faith if I lived more aligned?

James 1:5 promises that God gives wisdom generously when we ask.

Ask specifically:“Lord, reveal my identity as Your daughter.”

Romans 12:2 teaches that transformation happens through renewing the mind.

Read Scriptures about identity slowly. Sit with them. Let them shape your thinking.

2 Corinthians 10:5 reminds us to take every thought captive.

When a negative thought comes, replace it with God’s truth:

·   Lie: “I’m not enough.”

·   Truth: “God’s grace is sufficient for me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

Prayer is not only speaking—it’s listening.

God often speaks through:
