Rich Berning, MD is a pediatric cardiologist who tried a few different careers (IT, entrepreneurship) before finding and getting into utilization review.  He works for a large insurance company (you would recognize the name) and has over 5 years of experience now.  He talks about a "day-in-the-life" of what the job is like so you can better understand if this might be YOUR next career.
