PiCast Episode 133 - Star Wars Prequel Trilogy

It’s a very special episode of the PiCast! Monica and Chris, Formerly of the Nerd Fails podcast and resident Star Wars experts, join us as we discuss Episodes One through Three. You may recall that after Riding Rise of the Resistance, Scott found out that Brittany's sister had never seen ANY of the Star Wars films! Scott made everyone agree to watch all of the films (one a month) this year. We also decided to watch them in chronological order so it will be Solo and Rogue One, next.

PiCast Episode 132 - Pi Day Pademonium

This is a bit of a downer episode. We went to Disneyland one last time before the shutdown and our Paris trip got cancelled. We talk through it. We hope you are safe and healthy. Take care!

PiCast Episode 130 - Magic Happens

Disneyland debuted a new parade, Magic Happens, this week. Brittany and friends went out to see the sneak peak and Scott was able to catch on Friday after work. First of all, the floats are beautiful, the music is outstanding, and the costuming is wonderful. We talk all about it and have a special guest, Monique, @gimmemodisney who also is a contributor for Chip and Company. We are so happy she could join us this episode. Another good friend, Jolene @mommademagic, left us a voicemail about the parade too.

Have you seen Magic Happens at Disneyland? We want to hear about your experience too! What’s your favorite Disney Parade? Check out our contact information below.

PiCast Episode 129 - Another Disney Day

We spent a very busy day at Disneyland over Valentine's / Presidents’ day weekend. We had a bunch of costume changes and coats weighing us down but we still made it in the park for rope drop and got a boarding pass for Rise of the Resistance at Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge. We discuss the new park admission and pass rates and Friend of the show, Monica, Calls in with the LA Bathroom report.

Did you ride it yet? Do you know a nice clean bathroom? We want to hear about your experience too! Check out our contact information below.

PiCast Episode 128 - Let’s Get Funko

Happy Valentine’s Day/Presidents’ Day/Gallifrey One! We are spending the weekend at home but doing Disneyland early on Sunday. I hope we get a boarding group for Rise of the Resistance!

After we did the Britney Spears pop up “Britney: The Zone” in LA last week, we went to the Funko flagship store in Hollywood. It was awesome. It was above and beyond our expectations and a ton of fun. We highly recommend it! Here is our episode all about Funko Hollywood.

PiCast Episode 127 - It’s Britney Bitch 3: Britney with a vengeance

We were lucky enough to get a chance to check out the Britney Spears pop up “Britney: The Zone” in LA this week. Of course we went into full fandom cosplay mode. Brittany spent all week recreating the famous denim outfits that Britney and Justin wore to the AMA’s so many years ago. We had a blast. You can see all the photos and boomerangs on our IG @PiDayCosplay. Here is our episode about the trip. Please like, subscribe, and share with your friend. Even leave a review if you can. We would appreciate it.

PiCast Episode 124 - In Bed

We’ve started recording the PiCast in bed but that won’t change the type of content you are used to getting from us. We’ll still be talking about Disney, Conventions, and the adventures of our family of three (soon to be four).

On this episode we mostly talk about getting organized around the house. Brittany is basically Marie Kondoaing the heck out of the place. Remember, we made a commitment to weekly episodes! We’ll try to get you 44 episodes in 2020. That’s a lot of content, so if you have ideas for topics you’d like to hear us discuss, please drop us a line.

Music for this episode has been replaced by “Vintage Party”

Written by Rafael Krux. Its 1950s or 1960s, nobody knows. Its beautiful weather and everybody is drinking coctails on the beach. Upbeat, gentle and soft. This music is available for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Freepd.com
