In the middle of the March Disneybound challenge, we took some time to talk with an awesome Mother and Daughter bouding team and instagram sensation, Rachael and her adorable baby Harper. We talk about how much harder Baby Bounding is when you don’t have a closet full of clothes to pull from. Baby resale shops sorted by color help a lot!

We talk about prepping for Spring Dapper day and add this ProTip: any bound that can include a parasol will help beat the heat at both Disneyland & Walt Disney World! We also talk about the differences between the experience at the two parks. Rachael also is a comics and cosplay fan and even attends conventions in her area. PiCast Episode 58 - Spring Dapper Day 2017

We attended Dapper Day and the Dapper Day Expo at Disneyland this weekend. We dressed to impress as Dapper Genderbent Captain America and Agent Carter. The weather was nice at Disneyland and we had a good time looking at all the well dressed patrons.

We went to the vintage inspired Dapper Day Expo at the Disneyland Hotel Convention Center. There were great Vendors there like Sidecca.com, Unique Vintage, Rad Bow Ties by Xoelle.com, A few Pomade pawning barbers and the dance teachers from Atomic Ballroom in Irvine.

We saw many cool Dapper People like  @Padawan_Princess, @brizzo28, @betzjj, @princesspiethepinup, @katchik99 and don’t forget to check out @allieandaurora where you can get custom skirts made for next Dapper Day or really any occasion!

Our friend @bepydoll hand painted our Captain America parasol and we got so many compliments on it.

While at Disney we saw Mikey and the Magical Map for the first time in VIP seats! What a fun show that is. We ate relocated corndogs near Goofy’s Sky school and @Brizzo28 had a sweet batter dipped corn on the cob.

PiCast Episode 56 - Pi Day in LA

After we saw Fun Home in LA for our anniversary, we spent the next day checking out a few LA locations we like before going to Disneyland to close out the Pi Day Anniversary celebration.

We started out Pi Day with Piology and a personal Pizza for $3.14. Then we headed to the House of Pies in Los Feliz. We stayed at the Milner in downtown LA. We fought our way through LA Traffic to visit Whimsic Alley, The Perky Nerd, and Unique Vintage. After that, we went to the Food and Wine Festival at DCA at Disneyland.

PiCast Episode 54 - WonderCon 2017

Scott and Brittany talk about WonderCon 2017 in Anaheim. We cut back this con from 2 days to 1 and we ran into all sorts of new Con stressors, like parking and not having enough floor time. We talk about volunteering at the WhedonCon booth with Camden Toy and Scott’s participation in the closing show of Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog. Scott cosplayed Saturday and Sunday as Dr. Horrible and people assumed Brittany was cosplaying Penny but she was just in her normal clothes.
