When the most average man in the United States Army gets voluntold to be part of a Top Secret cryogenics program, things quickly fall apart and we are transported to a bleak American landscape of the future where plants aren't given water but rather a sports drink and garbage is stacked in peaks that rival the mountain tops to dominate the skyline.
