Leilani is a certified Mental Health Coach and yoga therapist. She is a 200 hour registered kundalini yoga teacher with over 500 hundred hours of instruction. She is currently completing her master’s degree in yoga therapy which is a 1200 hour program.
Yoga has been part of my life for more than 20 years. In addition to applying yoga to my personal life for my own healing, I’ve worked in residential treatment facilities with individuals recovering from substance and alcohol abuse, where I integrated yoga, breathwork and meditation into treatment plans.
I have been featured on Yoga And…Podcast where we talked about how yoga can benefit individuals experiencing both anxiety and depression.
I am a certified Mental Health coach, and also have certifications in kundalini yoga, breathwork, and stretch bodywork. I’ve taught over 500 hours, and am currently completing a master’s degree in yoga therapy, which is a 1200 hour clinically supervised program combining both allopathic medicine and yogic philosophy and application.

The Peaceful Partner™ is my Mental Health Coaching program designed to bring lawyers from a state of overwhelm to a position of confidence. In the program, we lay the foundation for our work by exploring epigenetics – how our beliefs impact our behavior, then we look at emotional intelligence – how our emotions impact our interactions with ourselves and others, and then we look at vagal tone – how our nervous system is impacted by our beliefs and emotions and how we can tap into our nervous systems to shift our emotional states.
Then we move into alignment – working on skills such as strength, flexibility, and balance – from both a physical and mental health perspective.
And the third phase of The Peaceful Partner™ coaching program focuses on building sustainable habits in the areas of nutrition, communication, and time management. We also create routines that we keep self care practical even after our time together ends.
