I know I mentioned my "hood therapist" before so I had to have a discussion with @dexflex1; personal trainer and master motivator. He insists that he is much more and is eager to talk more intellectual and thought provoking topics. One of his most well known affirmations is "Better tired than ugly" so why not name this series that LOL.
