In this short episode, I share with you my thoughts on the saying "you can't teach an old dog new tricks." and also share a little bit of my life experiences.
Hope you enjoy!
I am back with a returning guest of the show, Coach Xhi Tabalan. We explore the ego built into the world of fitness and in CrossFit and see how it evolved and how it has affected not only the athletes but also the coaches. We also take a dive into our current health situation where the threat of having COVID-19 may be permanent and knowing that the fitness coaches play a big role in helping the community work into being stronger than this virus.

We all know fitness and nutrition can be both very frustrating and very fulfilling. But one thing that sticks out is our drive to better. We almost always fall into a trap of what the next best workout fad is or what the next amazing diet is and just end up falling out of track.
In this episode, I talk to Kat Sobrevinas who had been consistent with both her fitness and her nutrition. She recently competed in the 2021 Kalis Games and at the same time has been handling students who have asked for help for both nutrition and fitness.
We discuss how her active lifestyle since she was kid has greatly affected her lifestyle now as a competitive athlete. We also take a dive into a few questions on nutrition where she gives amazing answers to these questions based on her experience.
