"Solvitur ambulando" means "it is solved (saved) by walking.  On today's episode, Tony talks with three pilgrims who have gone over 1000 days meeting their 10,000 daily step goal without missing a day. 

Katy and Doug Crane have augmented their 50+ year marriage with a daily 10,000 steps of conversation and relationship empowerment and doing so while overcoming a busy post-retirement life, international travel, airports and family spread across the continent. "Our love for each other has genuinely grown" -Katy Crane.

Gunnar Simonsen has found, health, inner-healing and a renewed discovery of his "true" self in the midst of his 1,000+ uninterrupted days of walking.  A health scare 4 years ago set Gunnar on a journey that has been nothing less than life changing.
