Yes! Relationships take work and should be valued, but sometimes self-love means letting go of the people or institutions who have become unhealthy or toxic to you. Your mental health matters. Check out this pillar tip on self-love as I share some of my journey of letting go.

His recipe for success includes a dash of coaching people on skills they don't possess, with a splash of trust. John's secret ingredient to servant leadership and building high performers is love. Being one of eleven children, waking up to big country breakfasts and gospel music, Rev. Pearl paints a vivid picture of her strong midwest roots. Yet, inspired by her dutiful father and selfless mother, she leads out of authenticity, resilience, passion, and perseverance. Growing up in an environment where there was "fraud in the family and fraud in the community," Rev. Pearl learned at a young age how to overcome adversity and segregation while internalizing racism.
