Marty has known me since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. He has been a fixture in my consciousness from a very young age and he is a champion golfer. Any golfer worth his salt in our area knows of Marty West. It was a such a joy to sit with him and talk golf, kids, grandkids, and a life well-lived.

Dave and I have always been kindred spirits and I this is just that conversation -- we talk about lacrosse, family, and cancer -- dave inspires me!!

"Fast Ball" Tracy Callahan was good friends with my father. They shared a passion for flowers, rag-tops, and golf -- and that is what we talked about. Tracy is a wonderful man who is turning into that kind of friend.

I have taught and coached Timmy & Jack for much of their lives, and now we sit dow and talk as friends about lacrosse, school, outdoor week, and having no regrets!! Thanks, men -- that was fun!!!

Rebecca Jones is the founder of her own interior design and architecture company by the name R.D. Jones Design and Associates which is currently nearing the end of the completion of The Barrett -- "apartment homes with a sense of natural elegance." The Barrett is located in Chevy Chase Lake -- adjacent to the ever-prolonged "purple line." Just as much as this, Rebecca is my friend -- please enjoy our conversation on getting out of bed, doing what you love!!!
