Reunited after a court ordered hiatus, Kurt Huge and Alex Rockwell formerly of Strong Style Radio & Stuck in the Waiting Room, present a brand new aural effort for your earholes; Sins of Wrestling. A podcast about the tropes, traditions and traits of professional wrestling. Each episode, Alex and Kurt do a deep-dive on a particular topic from the wild word of wrestling to try and answer the big questions: Why does this exist in wrestling? And do we still need it?

Episode 1's trope: literal crimes in wrestling. Crime and wrestling is unique in the sense that in most sports, the rules are sacrosanct, and an allegation or even the mere perception of cheating, can seriously damage an athlete's or a franchise's reputation and credibility. Wrestling, meanwhile, while often trying to pass itself off as a "sport," has an inconsistent relationship with rules and fair play, to say the least; so much so, that crime is often used in storylines, usually in a baffling way. And while fans might have an understanding that a given instance of "crime" in a match is just part of the story, there are times that police or authority figures get involved when these crimes "cross a line." The crime angle is often inconsistent and confusing. Alex and Kurt analyze the good, the bad, and the baffling as we try to answer the question: should this trope be pushed, buried, or barred?

Jim Saah is a native of Washington D.C. and he first fell in love with documentary photography during the burgeoning D.C. music scene in the early eighties. Photographing the bands and community around the music got him hooked. In My Eyes, Photographs 1982-1997 features hundreds of impressive (and never-before-seen) photos of punk and hardcore legends such as: Fugazi, Minor Threat, Void, Black Flag, Circle Jerks, Dead Kennedys, Jawbox, Government Issue, The Faith, Iron Cross and more.
