In today's solo episode I dive into personal reflections on the fall semester. I am a community college student in my second year, I run track, and like to learn. :)

I would also highly encourage anyone reading, yes *YOU*, to reflect on either your semester or year and think of actionable improvement. I believe reflection is like liquid gold, one of the best ways to learn about yourself and lead a happier life.

The nostalgia of potential leaves an odor that wafts into new beginnings as Matt tells us about his current day plans.

I literally don't know what to write this episode was by far the most difficult to record and hear from one of my close friends. I backed off from the commentary and tried to give Matt the stage. Hopefully this gives you a new or different perspective.

And remember to check in on the people in your life and tell them you appreciate them. :)

As caution evaporates into the high atmosphere of Flagstaff AZ, which Matt once again finds himself beckoned back to after a curtailing highschool experience, the motto "fuck it" seems to be an omnipresent explanation for WHY. Why Matt decided to coach himself to a sub four minute mile alone in the solitude of quarantine. Why Matt dared to attempt walking on to the best college cross-country team in the nation. And why Matt, out of everyone else, be the one to prevail against time itself?

This same ambitious "why not" attitude holds the core characteristics we strive to highlight while pursuing the etiquette of chasing a pipe dream.

Next episode: Highschool and prior was quite a ride for our friend Matt, Northern Arizona University boasts borderline outrageous credentials for running... the same place Matt was trying to walk onto. The same institution where Matt has the opportunity to become everything he ever wanted or be denied once more that same pipe dream.
