On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman is speaking to Vlad from Necrowretch live from Hellfest in France.

To start, Vlad expresses his delight to be back at Hellfest after playing it 7 years ago. They were originally billed to play in 2020 but of course because of the pandemic, they had to wait 2 years to make their return. Vlad talks about the amount of bands he wants to see of the 350+ which will be playing over the 2 weekends.

Necrowitch will be going on tour in Europe starting in September, including a show in France and once that is done, they will be working on the next album, which Vlad says we can expect to be the most black metal album from a death metal band. Vlad describes their music by calling it the definition of hellish music and pure satanic death metal.

As for their live performances, he describes them as very energetic. He says they play as if it is the last day of their lives or the last show of their lives. They all work other jobs but so they know when they get on stage, it’s time to go crazy.
