Amazingly we've reached the final episode of the regular season and Andrew and Kirstin lay it all out. Halloween costumes, bagel orders, and a look at each conference's upcoming tournaments.

We look back at Northwestern's huge win over then #1 Maryland, the penultimate edition of both the coaches and people's polls, a shocking weekend in D2, and the start of postseason play in D3. Kirstin gives her Games to Watch (tm) and the plan for a 2-show week next week.

The regular season is nearing its conclusion and we welcome junior forward Ella Gaitan on the pod. Ella discusses the 7-game win streak for the Nittany Lions including last weekend's 2-0 record in Big Ten play. Ella talks about her teams preparation for overtime and he favorite things about State College -- including her bagel order that should be subject to overturn by replay because it's just that bad.

Andrew and Kirstin look back at the week that was, the week ahead, and their Games to Watch (tm) for the second-to-last weekend of regular season play.

It's upset week on the show as Andrew and Kirstin look at a weekend that was chock full of upsets across the country. Those upsets came with a new #1 as Maryland takes over the top spot in both the NFHCA and the People's Poll.

The two then welcome Princeton's Ella Cashman to the show. Ella scored the game-winning goal in Sunday's win over then-#1 Northwestern for the Tigers. 

The show wraps up with a D2 and D3 corner, Kirstin's Games to Watch (tm) for the weekend and a trip down field hockey deja vu.

As the season reaches its midpoint, Andrew and Kirstin look at last week's results across the country and breakdown figures on this year's overtime experiment.

We look at both the coaches poll and the people's poll, have a D2 and D3 corner, and look at this week's key matchups in Games to Week (tm). Andrew and Kirstin put each other to the test on the rules of the game which D3 schools are real and which are not.

Andrew and Kirstin look at the decision from Indiana last week making Carolina's three players from last year's senior class eligible.

They recap UNC's big weekend in California and a series of upsets that took place over the weekend before welcoming Duke head coach Pam Bustin. They chat about Duke's two big wins last week, how Coach Bustin thinks the new OT is working, and how she feels about returning to Louisville later this season.

Finally, Andrew gives an update on the 2026 Fat Bear Week winner, D2 and D3 corners, and Kirstin's Games to Watch (tm)

It's a big week for Bears (both Fat and Golden) as voting is underway for Fat Bear Week and the Cal Golden Bears are third in this week's RPI.

Andrew and Kirstin look at UNC's drop from both the coaches and the people's poll and discuss the Tar Heels prospects for the rest of season. (Note: Just after we recorded, reports say that UNC's three fifth-year seniors were granted eligibility for the rest of the season. ESPN is reporting that the NCAA says it will appeal).

We look at the surprising success of Cal, a change at the top in D2, Kirstin's D3 short corner, and this week's Games to Watch (tm).

Andrew and Kirstin are back for another week and they're joined by ODU head coach Andrew Griffiths. The three look back at last weekend's upset win for the Monarchs over North Carolina and what ODU's mentality was despite falling behind early in the game.

In other news, this week's show has a look back at last week's other action around the country, Kirstin gives her worldview on AI, we get an update on both D2 and D3 while looking ahead to this weekend's Games to Watch (tm).

Andrew and Kirstin are back as the regular season completes its second week. They look at trends from the weekend including Iowa's two dominant, curse-busting wins and North Carolina's return to .500.

Then they're joined Richmond head coach Martu Loncarica. The three look at what's going well for Richmond this year, how Martu made it from Argentina to the frigid tundra of Syracuse as a teenager and the challenge jugging her family duties with her job.

As always, Kirstin gives her D3 corner and Games to Watch (tm) and Andrew gives a brief D2 update.

On today's pod, Andrew and Kirstin are joined by Iowa's Lisa Cellucci. In addition to discussing the Hawkeyes' 2-0 start to the season, they reminisce about Lisa's first time on the pod back in October of 2023 when she was the first guest in Pitch Session history.

Andrew and Kirstin also review the games from opening weekend, analyze both polls, drill down onto whether or not a hot dog is a sandwich and touch on Argentina's upset over the Netherlands in the final of the World Cup. Finally, Kirstin provides a D3 Corner and her Games to Watch (tm) for Week 2 of the season.

The season is upon us and so are the first two polls of the season. Andrew and Kirstin breakdown the preseason edition of both the NFHCA Coaches Poll and the People's Poll.

They follow that up with a brief look at the World Cup as it enters its final weekend and Kirstin shares her first Games to Watch (tm) of the 2026 season.
