More draft speculation is on your way as Joe Kuzma is joined by BLEAV in NFL Draft Prospects’ Joe DeLeone to get an outside opinion on the pulse of this year’s quarterback class.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have shown interest in every prospect under the sun, with official visits and pro day scouting culminating in Thursday’s NFL Draft. But will the team pull the trigger? And if they do, will they have to do so sooner in the draft rather than wait for their prospect to fall to them at pick 20?

If you’re following the recent trend of comic book movies, you know that Multiverses are the “in” thing: a crossover of characters from world into another.

NFL Mock Drafts are no different, with no two being alike. Now the SCU crew combines forces for their own “multiverse” as Joe Kuzma, Brian E. Roach, and the returning Zach Metkler each toss their hat in the ring on multiple mock drafts: and using multiple simulators!

The exercise is anything but precise and everything unpredictable as players rise, and fall, on each draft board.

Tune in to see who the Steelers select with the 20th overall pick in each of the host’s “universes”.

It’s draft week! Finally, the long journey through the NFL offseason leads us to Thursday, as we finally put to rest all of the guesswork surrounding the incoming rookie class.

Joe and Zac start the show, however, discussing a big Steelers development. The team announced the re-signing of Terrell Edmunds late Friday and made it official Monday, adding a piece that fits the final starting hole on their roster. Yet, Edmunds’ signing may signal draft flexibility and doesn’t necessarily mean the team moves away from taking a safety this weekend.

The elephant in the room all along has been a quarterback and that could be the direction the organization takes too. Are they in love with the entire QB class? Specific players? Would the Steelers trade up… or down… to get their “guy”?

All of these questions and more are addressed, including a few mid-round draft targets.

Joe and Brian attack the upcoming NFL Draft some more in the latest edition of the SCU Podcast.

With the 2022 NFL Draft less than one week away, have the hosts changed their tone on taking a quarterback in the first round – much like they did with a running back last year?

Or do they still have cold feet with the concept?

The duo takes a look at some probably picks for the Pittsburgh Steelers and their 20th overall selection, tackling which passers they’d be thrilled with… and which ones they would dislike the team to take.

Joe and Zac take a deeper draft day dive on this episode of the SCU Podcast, taking a look at some of the capital it could take for the Steelers to move up – but mainly what they can net if they stand pat with the 20th pick overall.

Everyone seems to believe the Steelers are going to draft a quarterback in the first round, but are there some players the team is best avoiding? And of the potential players who could be there with the 20th overall selection, who are good fits?

The hosts take a look at these topics and more.

Joe and Brian dive into the thick of mock draft season as we’re nearly two weeks away from the 2022 NFL Draft.

Some of this year’s mocks are all over the place – are some prospects truly worthy of a first round selection? And what might the Steelers really do with the 20th pick overall?

The Steelers appear to be laser-focused on one position this offseason, but will they pull the trigger on a quarterback? Or is it a smokescreen for another player?

And if any of that is true, just how out of tune are some of the folks creating these mock drafts?! See which ones the host pick on today in their first round of “mocking the mock drafts” for the 2022 season.
