I finally watch Akira and just as you would have guessed it, I didn’t understand it at all. Maybe it’s because of the fact that it wasn’t directed by a Kindergartner type director like Michael Bay or maybe that I couldn’t read the subtitles fast enough. Whatever the case maybe, I may be done with watching any anime title. We’ll see.

We’re back! Yes, last week I was trying to host the podcast from Jessica’s house. But for some reason, UStream and I weren’t getting along.  Maybe it was them, maybe it was Jessica’s router. I don’t know. To make matters worse, only 3 people (Andrew, Raul and I) were able to make it. So, I called it off. But now we’re back and (almost) the whole gang is here!

Ok. I'll admit it.  I tried to sound as happy as possible during this podcast.  But I couldn't due to the fact I really wasn't enjoying the projects I was working on at my day job.  I know I should have left my work issues at work but, man. It really got to me that day.

On today’s podcast Anthony & Ashley recount their adventures this past weekend at Kingdom Con 2015, San Diego’s own Table Top and Gaming convention.  Among the card slingers, dice shooters, and miniature movers the community driven convention is unlike any other with its family game night vibe Kingdom Con feels more like your favorite game night than the typical showcase of vendors.  While headmaster, and PG Podcast Alum, “Boss” Ross Thompson steering the ship he managed to spare Two Geeks a little bit of his time to talk Kingdom Con’s history, it’s future, and Anthony & Ashley’s favorite event, Drunk Quest’s Tournament of Heroes where the Boss was on hand to present the release of the official “King Ross” hero card.

Raul takes his shot at hosting duties during this weeks podcast.  Even though there were 4 instances of dead air and an overall grade of “D-” given by Joe, Raul did a pretty good job.  Plus it was his first time, so you have to give him credit. Also during the show, we had the Atlanta Humane Society’s puppy cam on the air!

Last night was fun. Not sexy fun, just fun fun. I don’t think our HR would appreciate sexy fun times. Wait, we don’t have a HR department. (Sweet.) Anywho, much fun was had, as always and we talked about the below topics. Also, if you were part of the live audience and stayed for the after show, you would have heard Raul saying that I was doing a bad job of hosting the podcast.  Well, I told him to put his money where his mouth was and host the next show.

So, in honor of Easter and the fact that Raul hasn’t cut his hair yet and looks like Jesus, the podcast will be named “Jesus Reborn.”
