In the process of answering he shares why the tours aren't just propaganda about New York City having the best pizza and how NYC is almost a background character. Everyone I know who has been on a tour with Scott's Pizza Tours has loved it, both normal people and pizza fanatics!

Scott Wiener, who has judged thousands of pizza competitions talks about what it was like to compete on the Hulu show "Best In Dough." Scott owns and operates Scott's Pizza Tours in New York City and has The Guinness World's Record largest pizza box collection and probably knows more about the history of pizza than anyone else. His plan for feeding his sourdough starter mid-flight on an airplane was bonkers!
