Penny Hardaway has done it again.

The Memphis Tigers coach is developing yet another bona fide superstar, in PJ Haggerty, right before our eyes.

The Tulsa transfer has led the way for No. 20 Memphis this season, most recently lifted the team with a highlight-reel, circus, 30-foot 3-pointer to help it beat North Texas.
