Rob Napier is currently the French & Spanish Teacher at Fort Worth Country Day school in Fort Worth, Texas. Rob is also the schools Middle school soccer coach. I first met Rob in 2005 when we both coached for Major League Soccer Camps in the NY/NJ Metro stars region. Today I am joined by my friend David Flower. I first met Dave in 2006 when we both coaches for Noga Soccer. Dave now a Senior Director as well as the Director of Coaching for Chelsea Piers Soccer Club in Stamford Connecticut.  He has more than two decades of coaching experience with athletes ranging in age from elementary through high school. Dave is also Head coach for the Girls Greenwich Country Day School. In today’s episode we talk about Dave career as a youth soccer coach and the relationships he has formed in creating one of the most exciting new soccer clubs in southern Connecticut.

Danny Simpson is the owner and DOC of Shoreline FC and Head coach of boys’ varsity soccer at Brunswick High School, both in Greenwich Connecticut. Danny is also a USSF A license and Premier Diploma. I met Danny while attending the USSF National youth license in Hicksville Long Island back in 2014.

Michael O’Neilil  the head coach of the BW Gottschee US Developmental Academy in the New York City borough of Queens. You might also be familiar with Mike by his twitter handle “No Other Game Alike”. He is also USSF A and UEFA B license coach.

Today I am joined by my good friend Martin Moreland. Martin is a former coaching manager at Super Soccer Starts in NYC as well as being director of coaching at Asphalt Green NYC and New Haven youth soccer association. Martin was also a coach for Major League soccer camps and Play soccer in the New England area.

I first met Martin in 2004 while attend the NSCAA National Diploma at the fire service college at  Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire close to Oxford in England. The course was exclusively for coaches who worked for Major League Soccer Camps.

We talk about how Martin started and continues to coach in Kettering, Northamptonshire area as well as his roles in the U.S.

Hector Cano is a U.S Air Force Veteran and current Educator and Head Varsity Women's coach at Ysleta High school in El Paso Texas.  During this episode we talk about Hectors time in the military and how he got into coaching a training young adults at the Air force Academy and progressing his coaching and education career to High school in San Antonio and El Passo Texas.

Aaron Weissenfluh is the Coach for the KC Courage Women's Futsal Team and Head Coach for the KC Courage WPSL team. Aaron has 30 years coaching experience at all levels from youth to professional and Olympic athletes. He holds the United Soccer Coaches Premier, Goalkeeper and Futsal Diploma. He has a bachelor’s degree in education, telecommunications management and an MBA.  Aaron also coaches with Fusion Soccer Club and for the JV Boys at Shawnee Mission East High School.
