In this video, Csilla and Viki talk about some common Hungarian proverbs and explain what they mean in everyday life.

Hungarian is full of colourful expressions, and proverbs are a great way to understand both the language and the culture behind it. In this conversation, we go through several well-known sayings and discuss how they are used and what they mean.

Some of the proverbs we talk about:
