While we can't directly create faith in our kids, we can do intentional things to create an environment where our kids can hear God's voice and experience his presence.

The heart of the Gospel is that Jesus has risen from the dead! But it doesn't just stop with Jesus... God intends to raise our bodies from the dead too!

The resurrection on Easter Sunday was more than a miracle... it was the moment Jesus overthrew his enemy and established his Kingdom. The resurrection is our final proof that Jesus is indeed King and Lord of all!

Jesus invites us into a Kingdom that is very different than any country or nation on earth. One of the first things he asks us to do in his Kingdom is to rest. In this Kingdom life, being with Jesus is more important than doing things for Jesus.

This week we are looking at one final way God reveals himself to us. God is a Shepherd at heart, and he has given us the Holy Spirit to shepherd the church today by being with us, helping us, and guiding us. We can live in with peace in our troubled world because our Shepherd is with us.

God's instinct is to save us! As our redeemer, God buys our freedom from sin and death with his life, and he also brings good out of the bad situations in our lives.

Jesus is our priest. He is just like us and shares in every bit of our humanity, he he is also nothing like us because he is perfect. In this way we have direct access to God through Jesus.

God reveals himself to us throughout Scripture as a Judge. The Bible shows us that God is a judge who understands us perfectly, is passionate about justice, and is full of compassion and mercy.

After 245 years without a king, we in the American church have forgotten how to relate to a God who is King. The Bible shows us a God who has all glory and authority in the universe, but who also laid it all down to come and save us.

In this new series, we are exploring the different roles in which God reveals himself to us so we can know him. We begin with Creator. Our God is an all-powerful Creator who hand made each of us with a unique design and specific purpose.
