Our guest today is the amazing Sara Cammorata. Sara's mission is to help all women find food freedom, body confidence and respect, learn health habits for life, and ditch dieting and diet mentality once and for all. She has a masters in science and is a registered dietitian nutritionist. We talk about restriction, food freedom, body respect, and how working in fashion sometimes leads to negative thoughts around food and body image. We learned so much from this episode and shared some of our own struggles with food. Sara’s principles around intuitive eating have really stuck with us and we’ve been mindfully implementing her teachings ever since our conversation.
